It doesn’t matter what your trade position is anymore – here you can educate yourself all by your own! At home, before or after work, during work. You can learn whenever you like. In short, you have COMPLETE FREEDOM, you don’t depend on anything or anyone! If you get through all of the trainings you will reach the level of competence a trade manager possesses. It’s entirely your choice how far you want to go!
A normal e-unit has a duration of 3 hours. An e-unit trains ONLY ONE COMPETENCE. You can set your own schedule of units, which answers your needs to the highest extent. After completing each unit, there is an exit test which allows the progress to the next unit, if the total result scored is over 80%. In case of a lower score, the same unit is taken again.
