The Wisdom for the Desert, the River and the Woman
When the working day was over and hads grw heavy and tired, Rhabat, the young trader from the store on the plazza in the old city sat over a cup of tea and thought over the day.
- Today in my store walked in 50 people, but I only sold to 5. Yeasterday walked in 70 and I sold to 8. This means that it’s getting worse, clients are decreasing. Why does this happen? I offer only my finest goods, the best I have!
With this question the young man went to the old trader Exer and he, when he heard his problem, smiled:
- If you don’t kknow the Desert, how can you find life in the for of an oasis. If you don’t know the River, how can you cross it? If you don’t know the Woman, how can make her happy?
After the young man went home, he thought over the words of the old trader:
- I told him about my clients, and in return he talked about deserts, rivers and women. Then I have to establish an oasis for my clients, I have to find a way to cross the river of their doubts to the inner part of their existance, and I have to make them happy based on their needs! That’s it!
Business conclusion:
No matter how great your business is, if it does not lay upon the perfect knowledge towards the client, it is doomed. If you, however, know the client’s way of thinking, evern if you sell newspapers, you will be able to make a living out of it for a long time.
